1776 Yorktown is a brown mid-rise on the west side of Yorktown Street with the Culinary Art Institute next door, to the south of the building.

Dr. Robert L. Palmer, MD, FACS, PA
Upon completion of his residency at WHMC at the Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, Dr. Robert Palmer began his professional practice at Robert L. Thompson Regional Hospital as a member of the Otalaryngology Head Neck Surgery staff, becoming Chief in 1987. He has since been in private practice in Round Rock and Lufkin, Texas.

Dr. Smith completed his internship and his residency at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center before moving on to become a Fellow at Gaylon McCollough Plastic Surgery Clinic. Dr. Smith is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
